We are partnering with a growing and dynamic business in Coventry to recruit an experienced Interim HR Advisor for an initial 3-6 month assignment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on HR professional who enjoys operating in a fast-paced environment, providing expert employee relations support while partnering closely with managers across the business.
Location: Coventry (3 days office / 2 days home)
Contract: Interim Assignment initially 3 months
Salary: £40,000
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a range of employee relations cases from start to finish, including, investigations, disciplinary processes, grievances and absence management
- Providing practical, commercially focused HR advice to managers and employees.
- Coaching and developing line managers to build confidence and capability in managing people matters.
- Supporting managers through complex and sensitive employee relations issues.
- Ensuring all HR processes are compliant with employment legislation and company policies.
- Assisting with wider HR projects and initiatives as required during a period of growth.
- Maintaining accurate HR records and documentation.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a HR Advisor role with strong employee relations expertise.
- Proven experience managing investigations, disciplinary and grievance cases independently.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- The ability to coach and guide managers effectively.
- A proactive, pragmatic and solutions-focused approach.
- CIPD qualification (or equivalent experience) is desirable
