Key Responsibilities
* Commission, operate, and maintain advanced waste-to-energy systems, ensuring optimal performance across client sites.
* Serve as the primary technical contact for customers, delivering responsive troubleshooting and operational support.
* Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to enhance engineering and operational practices.
* Provide technical feedback and insights to the design and development teams to drive continuous product improvement.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure clarity, rapid issue resolution, and a strong customer experience.
Candidate Requirements
* Degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Process Engineering (or related discipline).
* Hands-on experience with mechanical systems and troubleshooting in energy-from-waste (EfW), anaerobic digestion (AD), or wastewater environments.
* Working knowledge of HSEQ standards and on-site best practices.
* Basic electrical competency and a full, clean UK driving licence.
* Self-motivated, adaptable, and action-oriented, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
