What You'll Do:

Plan and deliver engaging, innovative lessons in Graphics that stretch and challenge students.

Support student progress through effective assessment, feedback, and academic guidance.

Foster a nurturing, purposeful, and professional learning environment where students thrive.

Contribute to departmental planning, enrichment activities, and curriculum development.

Participate in ongoing CPD and collaborate with a passionate team committed to continuous improvement.

Why Join Us?

Join a friendly, experienced department with a reputation for excellence and student success.

Work in a college that places a strong emphasis on pastoral care, professional development, and academic achievement.

Be part of a wider vision to create a welcoming and transformative sixth form college where every student and staff member can flourish.

Benefit from modern facilities and access to a wide range of resources that support creative teaching and learning.

At our core, we aim to promote a culture of growth, belonging, and aspiration - helping students become their best selves and prepare for a successful future in higher education, creative industries, or beyond.

Additional Information:

We reserve the right to close or interview early based on the quality of applications received - early applications are strongly encouraged.
