We’re looking for a Property Administrator to join our fast-paced property team at Head Office. As Property Administrator, you play a key role in the team, working as the first point of contact for our Area Business Managers, General Managers, and Property Manager, handling calls and dealing with any queries on jobs.
Your day-to-day activities will include:
1. Handling calls from our pubs, inns & hotels as well as our GMs & ABMs.
2. Dealing with queries quickly and efficiently.
3. Logging jobs on our maintenance portal ‘Access Maintain’ and ensuring they are attended to within given timescales, followed by call-ups with contractors as appropriate.
4. Sending weekly reports to contractors to ensure jobs are completed in a timely manner and that they adhere to key performance targets, with a particular focus on PMV.
5. Developing and maintaining a monthly report on compliance against each property and PMV type, sharing it internally within the business.
6. Ensuring PMVs are up to date, with satisfactory certification loaded on the system, and taking the lead on raising job and quote requests where remedial works are required as instructed by Property Managers.
7. Updating our pubs, inns & hotels on all jobs via courtesy calls and emails, providing updates on reactive, planned, and quoted jobs.
Who are we looking for:
We are seeking someone with excellent verbal and written communication skills who can develop strong relationships with key stakeholders. You should be able to provide clear and reactive advice to our properties and colleagues across the business, ideally with helpdesk experience in the facilities or maintenance sector.
You will be a strong team player, able to work as part of a small team, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure our properties are properly supported.
Computer literacy with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential in this role.
