Our scalable, flexible software supports finance leaders/teams across Financial Services, Payments, Hospitality, Ecommerce, Legal, and Gaming.
We are seeking a Head of Professional Services to lead the successful onboarding and Client Delivery of our financial control solutions. You will be accountable for ensuring high quality consulting and implementation of complex, data driven solutions, while helping to scale our delivery capability as the business grows.
This role works closely with technology, product, operations and client teams, requiring strong leadership, commercial awareness, and an understanding of consulting/delivering solutions in regulated or audited environments.

What you'll do
* Own end‑to‑end delivery of client implementations, ensuring predictable, high‑quality outcomes; and clear performance/governance metrics and controls.
* Lead and develop a growing team of Delivery Managers, Consultants and Analysts (capacity and capability building, organisational design).
* Act as a point of escalation for client stakeholders; and internal teams.
* Own timely and accurate customer billing and forecasting for implementations and services, aligned to licence agreements and scope changes.
* Work closely with Product, Sales and Operations through change and growth, driving delivery model improvements and providing delivery‑led insight to support/influence product roadmap priorities.
What you’ll bring
Must‑have
* Senior implementation or consulting leadership experience (Head of Implementation, Senior Implementation Manager, or similar).
* A track record of delivering data‑driven, platform‑based solutions or transformation projects, ideally in fintech or financial services.
* Proven success leading teams/projects in client‑delivery environments. Strong stakeholder management skills; experience engaging executive‑level client sponsors.
Nice‑to‑have
* Experience in fintech, payments, accounting, financial services; reconciliation or financial controls.
* Exposure to regulated or audited environments.
* Experience scaling or maturing a delivery function in a growing organisation.
* A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
