Customer Success Manager
As a Customer Success Manager at Node4, your primary goal is to ensure our customers are happy, well-served, and fully informed. Your responsibilities include:
1. Customer Happiness: Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing exceptional service.
2. Stay Updated: Regularly engage with customers to keep them informed about updates, technologies, Node4 software, and third-party solutions. Site visits are encouraged!
3. Deep Understanding: Develop comprehensive Account Plans by understanding your customer's business deeply to enhance their processes and drive success.
4. Innovation Advocate: Introduce new tools and products, leveraging Node4's extensive services to drive necessary changes.
5. Customer-Centric: Focus on understanding customer needs and ensuring their systems operate seamlessly.
6. Internal Coordination: Collaborate with the Projects Team to manage change requests efficiently.
7. Team Synergy: Build strong working relationships within Node4.
8. CRM Maintenance: Keep the CRM system updated with relevant customer information.
9. Identify Opportunities: Spot commercial opportunities and raise change requests as needed.
10. Time Management: Manage your time effectively to maximize productivity.
11. Trusted Advisor: Become the primary conduit and trusted advisor between Node4 and the customer.
12. ERP Knowledge: Have in-depth understanding of NAV/Business Central and its applications.
13. Customer Focus: Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
14. Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
15. Project Management: Handle multiple priorities and coordinate change requests effectively.
16. Analytical Abilities: Understand business needs, identify opportunities, and develop solutions.
17. Technical Acumen: Be familiar with TNP software and third-party solutions, with adaptability to new tools.
18. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong interpersonal relationships.
19. Organisational Skills: Manage time and responsibilities efficiently to meet deadlines.
20. CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems to maintain accurate customer data.
