The Project
Mace's consulting BIM team supports clients and project teams by developing and maintaining information requirements and standards, managing processes within a common data environment, and leading the delivery of the information management function. The role involves advising, innovating, understanding, developing, and implementing processes aligned with ISO 19650 series, focusing on digital delivery and information assurance.

You’ll Be Responsible For
* Supporting delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.
* Communicating effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
* Conducting interviews for BIM roles.
* Delegating tasks effectively.
* Developing BIM execution plans (BEP).
* Maintaining understanding of ISO 19650 standards.
* Ensuring security protocols are followed.
* Implementing governance and assurance processes.
* Monitoring digital handover processes.
* Participating in industry events to stay updated on BIM developments.
* Producing information requirements and standards as per ISO 19650.
* Developing object libraries and supporting technology reviews.
* Training teams on BIM tools and processes.
* Supporting construction sequencing and cost planning with information models.
* Supporting roles and responsibilities review for BIM teams.
You’ll Need To Have
* Experience with content management libraries and Autodesk desktop products.
* Validation, verification, and visualization tools knowledge.
* Experience with databases, Autodesk cloud products, and GIS tools.
You’ll Also Have
* Level 6 qualifications or equivalent (e.g., degree, honours, NVQ).
