26/9/25 ABOUT THE ROLE We are twin young men with complex health needs, living at home with my family and friendly dog. We are socially energetic young men who love being involved in activities, which includes listening to music and spending time outside in the garden. We rely on our wheelchair and other equipment to support us to mobilise in my home environment and community; we need supervision throughout the night due to our health needs. We are currently recruiting for a Personal Assistant who can support with both waking nights and day shifts including supporting with all aspects of personal care and clinical tasks. The ideal candidate will be energetic and always smiling and happy. You will need to be part of our team, taking the lead from our dad. You need to be flexible and be able to support us during the night. We need you to be calm, devoted, and able to think on your feet. ABOUT YOU Experience of working with complex care. Full training will be provided to meet our complex health needs; however, it would be beneficial to have experience of Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy (PEG) and Epilepsy.
