Project Engineer – Computer Futures
Computer Futures, a leading provider of engineered solutions, is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to deliver projects from concept through to completion, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, design, procurement, installation, and commissioning.
* Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and cost‑effective project delivery.
* Prepare and review technical documentation, drawings, and specifications.
* Conduct risk assessments and ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
* Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, reporting regularly to management.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for efficiency gains.
Essential Requirements
* Proven experience as a Project Engineer within the oil & gas and petrochemical sectors.
* Strong understanding of process equipment, piping systems, and mechanical engineering principles.
* Familiarity with relevant codes and standards (e.g., ASME, API).
* Excellent project management skills, including budgeting and scheduling.
* Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
* Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
Desirable Qualifications
* Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
* Experience with EPC projects or engineered solutions.
* Knowledge of pipework, modular skid arrangements, and pressure vessels.
