Overview
Ongoing Temporary, 30 hours per week over 5 days. Location: Widnes.
Duties
* Managing 37 properties in a brand new scheme, including voids and tenanted properties (primarily decanted tenants from other schemes).
* Strong understanding of Housing management and elderly/retirement living.
* Dealing with snagging in a new scheme.
* Undertaking H&S checks including fire, legionella, etc.
* Instructing a cleaner and identifying issues with performance.
* Reporting into the operations manager.
* Tackling finances with tenants, including payment plans.
* Undertaking meetings on Teams and handling the full range of IT tasks.
The Successful Scheme Manager Candidate Will Have
* Strong experience in a similar role and the ability to fully utilise IT systems.
* Housing Management background.
* Enhanced DBS check.
