We’re committed to building meaningful, one‑to‑one client interactions, and your insight will play a key role in strengthening those relationships.As our next Paraplanner, you’ll be producing financial reports for the full range of products recommended by our Advisers. You will also conduct quality checks on your own reports and those of your colleagues to mitigate business risk, ensuring we meet all regulatory requirements. With us, you will have the opportunity to participate in continuous improvement activities to proactively manage the client experience. Your expertise will help to set up our Financial Advisers for successful client conversations.Your day-to-day activities will include:Ensuring that financial advice and reports satisfy internal and external regulatory requirementsResponding to incoming enquiries, requests and instructions from internal/external clientsEffective administration and carrying out regular designated procedures accurately and promptlyEnsuring validation and correct input of information onto relevant systemsSkills and experience required:Level 4 Diploma in financial planningParaplanning experience : able to research and analyse client circumstances, build compliant financial plans, and draft clear, client‑ready suitability reports.Technical proficiency across pensions, investments, protection and taxation principles, with the ability to apply them to complex client scenarios.Regulatory awareness : confident working to FCA rules and company procedures; meticulous file‑checking and record‑keeping.Collaboration & communication : able to partner with advisers and administrators, challenge constructively, and translate technical detail into plain English for clients.Quality & ownership : track record of delivering accurate work to deadlines, prioritising effectively, and improving templates/processes.It is a role requirement to pass any professional qualifications relevant to the role that may be introduced by future legislation.We understand not everyone will meet 100% of the requirements, however we encourage you to apply if you think your skills are a good fit for this role.This job vacancy may close earlier than the advertised date if a suitable candidate is found.
