SENCO Lead & Transform SEN Provision (Enfield, North London)
Are you an exceptional, qualified SENCO ready to lead a large, well-established SEN team within a thriving North London primary school? This is a rare and rewarding opportunity to step into a high-impact SENCO role starting ASAP or in the Summer term, with the potential to become a permanent appointment from September 2026 for the right candidate. The school is seeking a strategic, experienced SENCO with outstanding references and the credibility to drive whole-school inclusion at scale.

What Youll Be Doing:
Leading and managing a large SEN team including TAs and specialists

Analysing data to evaluate provision and improve outcomes
Advising and coaching teachers on inclusive classroom practice
Working closely with parents to ensure strong communication and partnership
