Zero Hours Contract

Are you looking to earn extra money and need a flexible schedule? Or perhaps you're retired but want to dedicate a few hours a week? This could be a perfect opportunity for you!

At Stonewater, we're seeking a Neighbourhood Partner to visit our properties, ensuring they are well-maintained. You'll also raise repairs and follow through to completion, building relationships and providing support to our customers while working closely with Customer Partners and community stakeholders.

This is a zero hours contract, meaning hours are flexible and depend on the needs of the role. You can choose when it suits you to work.

The ideal candidate will:

* Be highly flexible.
* Be personable with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
* Have strong people skills and the ability to build rapport.
* Be practical and logical, with a solution-focused approach to problems.
* Possess excellent communication skills, able to convey information clearly.
* Be experienced with tablets, Microsoft Office (including Outlook), and smartphones.
* Have an eye for detail and be able to identify health and safety risks.

Applicants must live within a 20-mile radius of Derby, Nottingham, or Nottinghamshire and be willing to travel as needed.

Employment is subject to a satisfactory DBS check, references, and valid Right to Work documentation.

Note: Stonewater reserves the right to close the application process early if sufficient quality applications are received.
