My client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong asset management middle and back-office expertise to support a business change integration initiative. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring operational requirements are clearly defined and delivered effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement
* Partner with middle and back office stakeholders (Operations, Fund Accounting, Risk, Compliance, Treasury, Data, IT)
* Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for system enhancements, regulatory initiatives, and operational improvements
* Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements
* Facilitate workshops, interviews, and walkthroughs with business and technical teams
Middle & Back Office Domain Focus
1. Support processes including:
2. Trade lifecycle (post-trade processing, settlements, confirmations)
3. Fund accounting and NAV calculation
4. Corporate actions and income processing
5. Reconciliations (cash, positions, securities)
6. Pricing and valuation
7. Performance and reporting
