Our client, a well-regarded law firm in Surrey, is seeking an experienced Private Client Locum Solicitor to join their team for a three-month assignment starting on 22nd September. This is a great opportunity to work alongside a supportive and knowledgeable Private Client team, handling a steady and manageable caseload of Wills and Probate matters. Secretarial support will be provided and competitive rates are on offer.
The workload will consist of:
* Wills, Probate, Trusts, and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA’s)
* Estate Administration
* Obtaining Grants of Probate
* Managing and Distributing Estate Accounts
Assignment Details:
* Start Date: 22nd September 2025
* Duration: 3 months
* Caseload: Standard Private Client work (Wills and Probate)
* Parking: On-site and local parking available
