This world-renowned luxury fashion business is seeking an exceptionally well-organized PA to support their busy MD for EMEI. You will be responsible for coordinating their calendar, arranging meetings, preparing reports, handling confidential information, and acting as their right hand and representative. You will be an integral part of the office team and serve as the go-to person for various teams across the EMEI region.
This fast-paced role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to juggle conflicting priorities effectively.
You will also support the HR Director in ensuring the smooth operation of the office, including front-of-house duties and office management projects or maintenance.
Based in beautiful offices in Central London that reflect the brand, this role is primarily office-based with flexible work-from-home options. It is suitable for a PA with experience in the luxury, fashion, media, or creative sectors.
The role in a nutshell
* Provide full PA support to the Managing Director.
* Anticipate the needs of the MD by resolving operational and administrative issues proactively.
* Perform administrative tasks promptly with high attention to detail, including calendar management, expense reports, and meeting organization.
* Arrange and coordinate travel for the MD and UK head office staff, and organize itineraries for overseas visitors.
* Coordinate presentations and prepare reports or proposals as directed.
* Communicate effectively and timely with the MD and stakeholders.
* Multitask, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality work standards.
* Support new projects, offer solutions, and deliver PowerPoint presentations.
* Assist with the daily operations of the London Head Office.
* Act as a focal point within the team and with other departments, managing sensitive information.
* Provide professional administrative support and coordinate company events and activities.
* Participate in social committee activities and organize events like the Christmas Party.
* Liaise on space planning, lunches, and deliveries.
* Prepare the office for visits from overseas offices.
* Improve team processes and lead standalone projects.
* Work professionally in a fast-paced environment, setting clear priorities.
* Undertake other ad hoc projects as needed.
* Draft correspondence on behalf of the MD.
* Build strong working relationships internally and externally.
