Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Consultant Engagement Manager who will take the lead in managing commercial relationships with Consultants who have practicing privileges within the group.
The role will collaborate with colleagues across the clinic to maintain an exceptional relationship with existing clinicians and ensure a smooth onboarding experience of new consultants.
Reporting into the Head of Marketing, the Consultant Engagement Manager will leverage their blend of clinical and business development expertise to identify and drive new revenues and support the ambitious growth plans.
Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong, deep, professional relationships with consultants working privately and drive new opportunities whilst being the conduit to address any challenges.
* Identify and support the onboarding of new consultants to support existing and new services.
* Develop retention and engagement strategies to ensure consultant satisfaction and commitment.
* Ensure new and existing consultants are actively promoting the group across multiple digital platforms e.g. Bupa Finder, LinkedIn, Doctify.
* Seek, analyse and share market intelligence through consultant relationships and desk research e.g. competitor activity.
* Create a strong relationship across the internal clinical team to ensure alignment and provide early insight on anticipated changes.
* Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Executive to amplify consultant visibility and deliver initiatives to drive new private patient enquiries e.g. social media content, local events.
* Own all external commercial communications to consultants e.g. monthly newsletter.
* Lead on arranging specific corporate events to celebrate the support received from consultants e.g. football hospitality.
* Create weekly report to the Leadership team on engagement activity and actions to address.
* Create monthly performance dashboards to track consultant revenues and share insight with the Leadership team.
Requirements:
* Previous experience within the clinical environment managing consultant relationships.
* Strong leadership acumen to manage multiple stakeholders.
* Highly collaborative and an excellent communicator.
* Exceptional planner who is highly organised and has a real eye for detail.
* Can-do attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience of using CRM and MS Office.
