Overview
The Spread Eagle is located in the centre of the market town of Stokesley with a fantastic outside beer garden and commercial kitchen. The area is a great catchment for guests, popular with families for the excellent schools and shops and is a tourist area particularly in the summer months where people flock from further afield. There is a Farmers Market every week in the Market Place and a monthly market. The Town is situated close to the lovely North Yorkshire countryside and people commute to the nearby City of Middlesbrough. Inside the pub there a great trading area and good sized bar and kitchen for the new operator to grow the business with our great wet range of products and either own food menu. There a great opportunity to increase the use of the outside area including pizza oven and outside bar & kitchen. The Spread Eagle is currently averaging weekly sales of £5,000 with a 80/20 wet to food split.
