What's the Opportunity
We are currently seeking a Project Document Controller to support all aspects of our operational Frameworks within Defence and Secure Works. This is a vital role where you'll help ensure the smooth delivery, compliance, and coordination of project documentation and processes. The role will also involve supporting the Ridge Security Controlling Team with administrative tasks, ensuring all security-related records and clearances are accurately maintained and kept up to date. Due to the nature of this role you will be based in our Theale, Reading office.
What you need to do to be effective in this role
* Provide general administrative support across multiple Frameworks.
* Assist with the preparation and management of all documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant client standards.
* Organise and maintain document control systems for project files, drawings, specifications, and related documentation.
* Support the timely submission, tracking, and updating of all documents.
* Maintain a well-structured project filing system that enables quick and easy access to information.
* Support the team in managing project schedules and meeting key deadlines.
* Ensure compliance with document control procedures and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
