Job Description:
Equal Education Partners is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Welsh Speaking Cover Supervisor to support various schools across the Rhondda Cynon Taff region. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising classes and delivering pre-prepared lesson plans when teachers are absent, ensuring a seamless educational experience for the students.
This position offers flexible working opportunities, allowing you to choose working days that fit your schedule. You will be primarily working in Welsh Medium Secondary schools, engaging with students to support their learning and maintain a positive classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise students in the absence of the regular teacher
* Deliver planned lessons and assist students with their learning activities
* Engage students and encourage their participation
* Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning atmosphere
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should have:
* Experience working with secondary school students
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Effective classroom management abilities
* Fluency in Welsh is essential
