We are seeking to recruit a dynamic and motivated Head of Marketing to join our management team at the Optical Express Group to take ownership of our healthcare brands.
The Head of Marketing will manage and mentor our in-house marketing team to foster a high performance culture, whilst leading the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives that enhances awareness, drives engagement, and supports business growth across our healthcare brands. This role will be pivotal in positioning our group of companies as leaders in their sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with our brands goals.
2. Lead integrated campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
3. Collaborate with senior leadership to align marketing with business development, and service delivery.
Brand Management
4. Build and maintain a strong brand identity and proposition.
5. Ensure consistent messaging across all platforms and materials.
6. Lead brand development projects including visual identity, tone of voice, and brand guidelines.
Digital Marketing
7. Oversee digital engagement strategies including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
8. Use marketing automation tools to improve efficiency and customer engagement.
9. Monitor and optimise digital performance metrics.
Team & Stakeholder Management
10. Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a high-performance culture.
11. Work cross-functionally with product, sales, and communications teams.
12. Manage external agencies and suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
Market Insights & Analytics
13. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy.
14. Track KPIs and ROI across campaigns and channels.
15. Prepare reports and forecasts for senior management.
Essential Skills & Experience
16. Proven success in leading marketing within healthcare or related sectors.
17. Strong experience in digital marketing and integrated campaign management.
18. Expertise in brand strategy and development.
19. Excellent communication, interpersonal and project management skills.
20. Batchelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
