Responsibilities
* Provide personal care and support to individuals in supported living environments
* Assist clients with daily activities, meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication management
* Support individuals in developing skills for independent living and community participation
* Monitor and document clients' progress and care needs regularly
* Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals
* Engage clients in social and recreational activities to enhance their quality of life
* Ensure a safe and clean living environment for all clients
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Health Care Assistant or in a similar role is preferred
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment
* Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature with a genuine desire to help others
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
* Understanding of health and safety regulations in a healthcare setting
* A valid DBS check and relevant healthcare qualifications are advantageous
