Job Title: Consumer PR Account Manager
Our PR & Social team is growing due to exciting new business wins, and we are seeking an established Consumer PR Account Manager to help us deliver sector-leading work.
As our new Consumer PR Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding earned media results across sectors including travel, hospitality, and home and lifestyle.
We seek a collaborative colleague passionate about our clients' businesses, with excellent communication skills across PR and Social channels, working alongside some of the region's most creative talents at the world’s most effective agency. You will support a portfolio of exciting national and international accounts.

Requirements
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Building strong client relationships and providing sound consultancy
2. Driving accounts, campaigns, and PR programs forward while meeting deadlines
3. Creating high-quality PR content
4. Leading media relations and regular media sell-ins
5. Providing briefs to other departments and external providers
6. Managing account teams to ensure high standards
7. Supporting directors to ensure timely and quality work
8. Collaborating with other agency teams
9. Measuring impact and reporting results
10. Applying digital PR experience to deliver coverage with backlinks to client websites
You should have established experience in consumer PR, particularly within tourism, hospitality, or home and lifestyle sectors. A keen eye for storytelling, understanding of the evolving media landscape, strong communication skills, attention to detail, organizational skills, good time management, and basic knowledge of digital and social media channels are essential.
