Paralegal (Private Client)
Location: Berkshire (Hybrid – 3 days on-site, 2 days from home)
We’re looking for a Paralegal with a minimum of one year’s experience to help deliver modern, efficient and empathetic probate and estate administration services
ROLE
* Managing a varied caseload of probate and estate administration matters.
* Providing advice on probate, inheritance tax and private client matters.
* Drafting and reviewing legal documents including IHT forms, grant applications and estate accounts.
* Ensuring compliance with probate law, SRA regulations and internal governance standards.
* Working cross‑functionally with product, tech and customer service teams to enhance service delivery.
* Handling sensitive client interactions with empathy, professionalism and clarity.
