Role Summary
As a Night Porter you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service throughout the night. Working alongside the Night team you will think on your feet, proactively solving problems and support all departments across the 24/7 operation of our hotels, lively pubs and health clubs.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver first‑class customer service at all stages of the customer journey, from check‑in through to room preparation and bar service.
* Work efficiently and positively to resolve guest issues and maintain a calm and welcoming environment.
* Support all hotel departments, utilising the Mobile Gaming training platform and contributing to cross‑functional collaboration.
* Maintain accurate records of room service orders, cleaning and bar inventory.
* Participate in health & safety, security and emergency procedures in accordance with hotel policies.
Qualifications & Skills
* Excellent customer‑focused attitude with the ability to resolve issues efficiently and positively.
* Proactive, self‑motivated and able to work independently during night shifts.
* Good communication skills and strong relationship building with colleagues across departments.
* Adaptability to a fast‑paced, 24/7 hospitality environment.
* Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is desirable.
