Practice Manager - Dental Vets

As Practice Manager, you will lead the non-clinical operations of the practice, working closely with clinical leadership to ensure efficient day-to-day running, strong team performance, and an outstanding client experience. You'll be responsible for operational delivery, people management, and compliance, while supporting the practice to achieve its performance, quality, and service objectives. This role plays a key part in creating a positive culture and enabling clinical teams to deliver excellent care.
How You'll Make a Difference
* Lead, support, and develop the non-clinical team while fostering a positive and collaborative culture
* Oversee the day-to-day running of the practice to ensure efficient workflows and an excellent client experience from first contact through to follow-up care
* Manage rotas, recruitment, onboarding, and team development
* Drive financial performance through budgeting, KPI monitoring, and service improvement initiatives
* Ensure compliance with RCVS standards, health and safety, and regulatory requirements
* Oversee facilities management, equipment maintenance, and stock control
* Handle client feedback professionally and proactively
* Support marketing and community engagement activities
* Co-ordinate and drive social media campaigns
* Work 40 hours per week Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:30 am-5:00 pm
You Might Be a Great Fit If …
* Proven experience in a management role, ideally within healthcare, veterinary, or service-led environments
* Strong people management skills, including performance management and team development
* Good operational and organisational capability, with the ability to manage competing priorities
* Experience handling complaints, change, and complex situations with confidence
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Salary
£0 – £38,000 a year (Up to £38,000 pa DOE)
