What we're looking for: Previous experience in a customer service or support role (office-based or contact centre) Confident communicator – both written and verbal Organised, with strong time management and attention to detail Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Team player who stays calm under pressure and enjoys problem-solving What you'll be doing: Responding to customer enquiries via email, phone, and social media platforms Logging and processing spare parts requests and tracking orders through to completion Ensuring customer issues are resolved within agreed timescales Providing empathetic and professional responses to all types of queries Escalating ongoing or complex issues to your manager when needed Supporting with general administrative tasks to help keep the team running smoothly What’s on offer: £29,000 base salary Performance-related bonus 28 days holiday Friendly and collaborative working environment Opportunity to join a market-leading global brand This is a full-time, office-based role (UB11), Monday to Friday.
