If you are a qualified legal professional looking to make a meaningful impact in local government we have two opportunities for self-starting Lawyers to join our committed and forward-thinking Legal Services team. These roles offer the opportunity to work on wide-ranging, complex and high-value matters that shape our community and support our strategic ambitions.
The Property Lawyer role will manage non-contentious property transactions including land acquisitions, leases, and regeneration projects, while also advising on housing and development matters. Where external support is engaged, the Property Lawyer will coordinate their input. This role is ideal for someone with strong property law expertise and a pragmatic approach to supporting major infrastructure and regeneration initiatives.
For both roles you will be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Chartered Legal Executive with sufficient experience, capability and motivation to manage a an independent caseload with support.
