About the role Are you a master of multitasking with a flair for organisation and a love for nature? Join our vibrant Admin Hub team at WWF-UK as an Admin Hub Support Officer! In this dynamic role, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. From coordinating international travel (yes, even tracking carbon footprints!) to organising team away days and workshops, to supporting our Directors and their teams with top-notch admin and logistical magic. You will also help manage relationships, set up meetings, and keep everything ticking along with precision and positivity. We’re looking for someone who’s: - Experienced in providing first-class admin support across multiple teams - A natural organiser who thrives in busy environments - A confident communicator with a friendly, professional approach - Adaptable, proactive, and ready to jump in wherever needed Benefits, rewards and location The salary for this role is £24,416.
