Please note, all applications should be made directly via our careers portal.</p><p>1st stage interviews are likely to be held week commencing 29th June via Teams. 2nd stage interviews are likely to be 8th, 9th, and 14th July in person at our offices located at 11 Broad Street West, Sheffield, S1 2BQ.</p><h3>About the role</h3><p>In this impactful role, you will:</p><ul><li>Partner with senior leaders to shape and deliver complex change and transformation programmes, providing expert HR guidance on organisation design and strategic workforce planning, and leading the delivery of workshops, consultations, and change interventions.</li><li>Take the lead on TUPE transfers, from due diligence through to consultation and successful integration.</li><li>Build strong relationships with trade unions and stakeholders, fostering meaningful engagement and consultation processes.</li><li>Advise stakeholders on complex employee relations issues linked to change initiatives, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practice.</li><li>Use workforce data and insight to drive informed decision‑making and continuous improvement.</li></ul><h3>About you</h3><p>You’ll bring a strong blend of strategic thinking and practical delivery, with the ability to influence at all levels.</p><p>We’re particularly interested in candidates who have:</p><ul><li>CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent experience).</li><li>Experience operating as an HR Business Partner within a change and transformation or similarly complex environment, and/or the ability to demonstrate strong capability in leading and supporting organisational change.</li><li>Experience of organisational redesign, TUPE transfers, and leading consultation processes associated with organisational change, including working with trade unions.</li><li>In‑depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.</li><li>Experience leading and facilitating senior stakeholder discussions to achieve agreed outcomes.</li></ul><p><b>Experience in the public sector is beneficial but not essential.</b></p><h3>Benefits</h3><ul><li>All colleagues have access to the Local Government Pension Scheme.</li><li>Holiday entitlement from 28 to 36 days annual leave entitlement (depending on length of service) plus bank holidays.
