Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, with a focus on capital management. Strong knowledge of financial modeling, analysis, and reporting techniques. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly. Experience in mentoring and leading finance professionals.
