A successful family business with over 30 years of experience and knowledge, we are seeking a person to assist us in the future growth of the business and help take it to the next level. You will be spending a lot of time on the phone liaising with new and existing customers, talking to them about our extensive product ranges.
About the Role The position requires the ability to engage and develop relationships with customers, understanding their needs and assist them. There is a small team of professional people in the business who process orders, manage finance, the website and marketing, working together to achieve our objectives, increase customer retention, gain new customers and grow the business.
Full training on the company, our products, systems and procedures will be given in a structured program to ensure the right candidate has all the necessary tools to complete the job successfully.
Initial interviews will be over the phone / Zoom, with selected candidates invited to face to face interviews.
25-40 hr week
Location: Traditionally we are an office based company and would normally prefer candidates living with in 1 hour commute of Bromyard, HR7 (North East Herefordshire). However for the right person we are prepared to offer either hybrid or a home based contract.

The Role
Account management of new & existing customers
Generating new leads & customers
Outbound proactive telephone sales
Main duties include:-
Follow up on inbound enquiries & converting to sales
Contacting existing and new customers to drive sales
Providing quotations on standard and bespoke products
Raising and processing of orders with our suppliers
Providing excellent levels of customer service
Required Skills:-
Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
Tenacity to succeed in a fast moving market
Outbound Telephone sales experience with a desire to be in contact with people
Competent computer knowledge
Problem solving with a can do attitude
Administration experience with Good attention to detail
Team Player, Polite, willing to learn new skills
