Block Manager – Birmingham – £40k Birmingham Block Management £40k OPR have a NEW instruction from a multi-national property management company who’re setting up a new block management arm to the business. Our client mainly specialises in residential property management but due to a recent instruction from one of their main clients, the opportunity to set up a block management arm has presented itself. The main function of this position would be to manage a portfolio of freehold blocks which will grow from 2 sites to many more over your tenure; we’re looking for someone that is wanting to grow with a business as there will be many progression opportunities available.
