What you will do
* Ensure the safeguarding of young people within the Leaving Care and UASC sector with personalised and targeted interventions.
* Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to develop care and pathway plans tailored to individual needs and aspirations.
* Build trusting relationships with young people empowering them to achieve independence while providing emotional and practical support.
* Advocate for young people ensuring their voices are heard and represented in decisions affecting their lives.
* Regularly assess and review cases to ensure the best outcomes are being delivered with consistent care.
Requirements
Requirements of the Social Worker: You should possess a degree or equivalent qualification in social work and have an active registration with Social Work England. Experience in frontline social services in the UK as a qualified Social Worker is essential for this role, allowing you to bring valuable insights and skills to the position.
