Warehouse Porter
Location: Letchworth
Monday to Friday
Salary: £13.85
Driver Stevenage & Hatfield are recruiting 2 Warehouse Porters for their Letchworth based customer.
Duties will include:
1. To carry out all assigned tasks and duties in strict accordance with issued procedures.
2. To achieve agreed productivity levels in all tasks.
3. To be familiar with the branch operation and fully understand each function and the importance of its purpose.
4. To maintain a high standard of housekeeping throughout all areas.
5. To meet all health and safety requirements
6. To carry out any reasonable requests as determined by Branch Management.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
Essential
7. Good communication skills – both written and verbal
8. High visual accuracy
9. Basic Numeracy and Literacy
Desirable
10. Knowledge of typical warehouse layout and control
11. Health and Safety requirements within a warehouse environment
