Support Worker - Part Time & Full Time Contracts Available

Hours:
24-hour & 36-hour contracts available
(7-day rota - candidates must be fully flexible, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays)
About the Role
Staffline Recruitment Ireland is currently recruiting Support Workers (Day Positions) for a supported living service in the North Lisburn area.
This is an excellent opportunity to support adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs in a person-centred environment.
Key Responsibilities
As a Support Worker, you will:
1. Provide high-quality, person-centred care and support
2. Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care where required
3. Support individuals to access activities and engage within the community
4. Implement Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) strategies
5. Work as part of a dedicated team delivering 24-hour support
Essential Criteria
6. Minimum of 6 months' experience in a caring role (paid or personal)
7. Good communication skills (verbal and written)
8. Knowledge of learning disabilities and autism
9. Understanding of behaviours that challenge
10. Flexible approach to working hours
