About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Marketing Partner / Manager to lead and execute multi-channel marketing strategies across our three in-house health and wellness brands: Metabolics, Nutristrength, and Motion Nutrition. This is a high-impact, fixed-term role for one year, with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution
* Develop and oversee the multi-channel marketing strategy across all three brands.
* Align campaigns with commercial goals and brand positioning to drive revenue growth and brand awareness.
Meta Advertising (Facebook/Instagram)
* Lead paid social strategy with a focus on ROAS-driven campaigns.
* Manage agency relationships and performance to ensure optimal spend efficiency.
PPC Campaigns
* Oversee paid search strategy, collaborating with agencies to optimise campaigns across platforms.
Email Marketing
* Lead and deliver email marketing campaigns across all brands.
* Optimise segmentation, automation, and creative to drive growth, retention, and engagement.
SEO
* Drive organic growth by implementing SEO best practices in collaboration with external partners.
* Monitor performance and refine strategies based on data insights.
Content & Influencer Marketing
* Define and manage content strategy across platforms.
* Identify and build influencer partnerships that align with each brand's voice and goals.
Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)
* Develop and execute CRO strategies to enhance on-site performance across all three brand websites.
Analytics & Reporting
* Monitor marketing KPIs and generate regular performance reports.
* Use insights to iterate on strategy and inform future campaigns.
What We're Looking For
Experience & Knowledge
* Proven success in a senior marketing role with a D2C focus, ideally in health, wellness, or lifestyle sectors.
* Strong background in paid social (Meta), PPC, email marketing, content strategy, and influencer marketing.
* Hands-on experience leading and optimising email campaigns to drive customer retention and sales.
* Experience working with and managing agencies.

Contract Type:
This is a 1-year fixed-term contract, with strong potential to extend based on performance and business growth.
Location:
Devizes, Wiltshire, SN10 4PL. Applicants must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate.
Qualifications:
* Degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
* Experience in the wellness industry is a plus
