Principal Electrical Engineer | London (Hybrid)
Lead purposeful, low-carbon design with a clear path to Associate level
Salary: £65,000 – £75,000 (dependent on experience)

What you will do
As a Principal Electrical Engineer, you will:
* Take technical leadership of electrical design from concept through to completion
* Oversee project delivery and coordinate with clients, architects and wider design teams
* Provide mentoring and guidance to junior and mid-level engineers
* Contribute to the development of internal processes, standards and quality assurance
* Support client relationships and get involved in business development initiatives
* Develop and deliver energy-efficient, low-carbon electrical systems that align with net zero goals
What you will bring
* Chartered Engineer (CEng) or working towards chartership with a recognised institution
* Typically 8+ years’ experience in electrical building services design within the UK
* Strong technical knowledge across lighting, power distribution, data, fire alarm and energy systems
* Demonstrated experience leading projects through all RIBA stages
* Excellent communication, leadership and coordination skills
* A proactive approach and passion for design, innovation and sustainability
