Key Responsibilities
* Provide audio and copy typing, emailing, photocopying, and filing support.
* Complete forms, draft documents under supervision, and manage electronic search systems.
* Submit applications to the Land Registry and HMRC.
* Manage case files on a case management system and maintain file checklists.
* Handle Money Laundering procedures including scanning client ID and electronic verification.
* Produce completion statements, invoices, and handle accounting tasks.
* Undertake in-house training and development.
* Communicate with clients and professional contacts, manage queries, and make appointments.
* Provide reception cover and general commercial conveyancing secretarial support as needed.
* Proficient in audio typing and computer literacy.
* Knowledge of residential and commercial conveyancing procedures.
* Familiarity with case management and accounts systems.
* Understanding of Land Registry and HMRC electronic portals.
* Professional client communication skills.
