They are seeking a dynamic, commercially minded Franchise Sales Manager with a proven track record in sales and business development. This is a full-time, office-based role, working five days per week from their head office in London, with some travel expected as part of the position.

What will your role look like?
As the Franchise Sales Manager, you'll lead the expansion of the international coffee brand through the growth of additional coffee shops and developing the new mobile coffee trailers into a successful business model, shaping the future of the business.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Driving nationwide and international franchise sales and growth
Identifying and securing profitable commercial partnerships and wholesale opportunities
Building and maintaining long-term relationships with partners and franchisees
Analysing market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
Collaborating with operations to ensure commercial goals align with brand standards
What can you expect in return?
