Are you a resilient and process driven Quality Assurance Officer with experience in the Pharmaceutical industry? We are looking for a Quality Assurance Officer to join our Quality team. Reporting to a Quality Assurance Manager, the role will be supporting all departments in the development, implementation and maintenance of quality standards and systems. This role will be full-time, 37.5 hours per week Monday-Friday and based in Runcorn. Supporting all departments in the development, implementation and maintenance of quality standards and systems Building strong working relationships with all departments across the business to engender a quality culture Complying with all necessary standard operating procedures and systems to ensure the effective monitoring of quality standards Co-ordinating sample returns to complaints and sending off to relevant areas/3rd parties/Production units Partnering with a business area and becoming familiar with their processes to aid complaint investigations and closures. Holding regular meetings and fostering the improvement Supporting the investigation of root cause(s) of complaints and non-conformances and assisting with the implementation of corrective/preventative actions to reduce these events Managing end to end complaints as per the complaints handling process right from logging of complaint to the final response to the complainant and making a positive contribution to the customer satisfaction side of the business Collating and reviewing data monthly to identify issues and areas of improvement from the data Maintaining an overall knowledge of the current status of compliance across the site with rules and standards Assisting with the maintenance of quality standards and supporting departmental projects.
