What You’ll Do As Lead Nurse, you’ll play a key role in: Supporting, developing and mentoring our nursing team Working closely with our Senior Vet, CNM and fellow nurses Ensuring practice and group policies are upheld Helping create a happy, efficient and collaborative working environment Enjoying full nurse utilisation — including consults and Schedule 3 procedures Facilitate clinical audits at your site as required within your area of responsibility Organise and carry out 6 monthly PDRs with the members of staff line managed. Our nursing team includes those with interests in anaesthesia, ECC, behaviour and more—so you’ll be surrounded by colleagues who are as passionate about development as you are! You’ll also be supported by our fantastic Patient Care Assistants.
