Requirements:
* High School Diploma or GED
* One year experience in human services environment preferred but not required
* Valid Driver's license
* Must exhibit ambulatory ability sufficient to physically intervene in instances of extreme behavior that might jeopardize the safety of students and staff

Location: Brewster, MA
Compensation: $20.75-22.30 per hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
* Communicate about issues which impact students and program operation to team and supervisor.
* Assist in the preparation of IEPs, annual and semi-annual assessments.
* Maintain logs and record behavioral progress.
* Maintain clear visuals for monitoring cameras.
* Provide informal counseling with students.
* Maintain a clean environment for students.
* Track clothing including seasonal rotation.
* Constructively participate in team meetings and supervision.
* Implement laundry schedules, chore charts, shower schedules.
* Maintain confidential student information.
* Provide therapeutic crisis intervention, as needed.
