Permanent, full time, 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year.
We are seeking a person with a strong administrative background who has the ability to build effective working relationships with all those they interact with and manage an admin team.
As a School Business Officer, you will provide a professional, efficient and effective administration service in the school office in accordance with agreed Trust policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation; maintaining confidentiality and high professional standards at all times.
You will work closely with the Principal, School Leadership, the Trust Central Team and school admin team to deliver high quality, administrative support to the school whilst ensuring that the children's education is first and foremost.
The School Business Officer is responsible for managing the operation of the business functions of the school, including financial management, health and safety, human resources, attendance, compliance and administration. The role requires working at all sites of Newman School.
