Job Title: Specialist Intervention Teacher English and Maths
Duration: 12 Month Contract

This is a unique role with a real impact – you’ll be delivering targeted Maths and English lessons to small groups and individual learners, primarily at Key Stage 3, with the potential to work at Key Stage 4 depending on experience.
About the Role:
Deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons in Maths and English
Work with small groups and individual learners who need a more tailored approach
Support academic progress and confidence through personalised planning
Collaborate with the wider school team to ensure positive outcomes
About You:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is desirable – but we welcome applications from unqualified teachers with strong subject knowledge and experience
Proven experience teaching Maths and/or English at KS3 (KS4 experience a plus)
A nurturing, flexible and proactive teaching style
Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset
A passion for inclusive education and helping learners thrive
