Role Summary The International Qualifications Trainer for Pearson Edexcel International Qualifications plays a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive, qualification-based training courses to adult delegates. Trainers are responsible for thorough pre-event preparation, professional delivery of training sessions, and consistent feedback reporting. This role will require International travel throughout the academic year. Delivery of Training Sessions * Ensure all session objectives are fully achieved during the training event. * Present information in a manner that is appropriate for both the participants and the training environment. * Respond to customer queries during training professionally and appropriately. * Manage personal time and make necessary travel arrangements with the support of Pearson. * Conduct training sessions in strict accordance with guidelines set by both the regulator and Pearson. Feedback and Evaluation * Complete and submit a summary feedback form for each session delivered. Experience and Qualifications * Demonstrated experience teaching Pearson Edexcel International Specifications. * Background in delivering effective training to adult participants. * Comprehensive understanding of qualification and assessment principles. * Strong subject knowledge relevant to the training content. * Experience in teaching, administration, assessment, or management within the subject and level required. * Excellent presentation and communication abilities. * Capacity to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines. * Proficiency with laptops, internet usage, and Microsoft PowerPoint, as well as experience using technology to enhance training delivery. * Ability to support the development of a wide range of teaching professionals with diverse perspectives. * Open and positive approach to all forms of feedback. * Commitment to ongoing personal and professional development. * Professional representation of Pearson, adhering to the company's contractual terms and conditions during training sessions. * Delivery of training using materials prepared by Pearson's team of qualification-based writers, maintaining consistency with Pearson's and the regulator's quality standards.
