We are looking for a Technical SEO Executive to join our growing team and drive impactful strategies across our client base. The client is a Digital Marketing Agency based in Bournemouth with a good mix of local and global clients.
Key Responsibilities
Technical SEO Support
* Assist in keyword research and competitor analysis, ensuring this alligns to the goals and objectives of the client
* Conduct on-page optimisation, including updating meta tags and improving internal linking.
* Support techincal SEO improvements, such as fixing crawl errors, improving site speed, and addressing indexing issues.
* Implement updates in CMS platforms like WordPress, WooCommerce, and Shopify with supervision.
* Learn and assist with implementation of basic technical SEO fixes.
Performance Analysis
* Help prepare monthly reports and technical plans, ensuring they are aligned with client objectives.
* Support the monitoring of organic search performance data, identifying trends and opportunities.
* Escalate any challenges promptly, offering initial ideas for resolution.
* Track and report on key performance metrics that allign to the clients goals.
* Contribute to calls and F2F meetings demonstrating clear knowledge and understanding of the client.
* Proactively problem solve and escalate any challenges to team members
* Support with ad hoc reporting and data analysis.
Innovation and Learning
* Stay informed on SEO trends, techniques, and search engine guidelines to enhance your skills.
* Actively participate in training sessions and contribute to team discussions.
* Assist in brainstorming and suggesting ideas to improve SEO performance and content effectiveness.
Job Requirements
* Experience:
1 year in Technical SEO or an equivalent Digital Marketing role, ideally in an agency environment.
* Data-Driven Mindset:
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Communication:
Ability to explain campaign performance and strategies clearly to clients.
* Organisational Skills:
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
