Job Description:
We have an exciting opportunity for a temporary Supported Learning Lecturer to join our team at Huntingdon Campus. This is a part-time role (14 hours per week) with a pay rate of £27 per hour.

About the role:
The successful candidate will teach and lead our life skills and employability skills program, focusing on students with severe, moderate, and specific learning needs. You will deliver lessons in small group settings, overseeing instructors and ensuring inclusive learning aligned with students' EHCP targets.
You will be based at Huntingdon and work within a supportive team. Requirements include being a qualified teacher or FE lecturer with experience teaching students with SEN needs such as SLD, ASD, MLD, and SEMH. Creativity, collaboration, and high-quality teaching are essential.
Experience with delivering and assessing accredited and non-accredited programs (RARPA) is preferred. Specialisms in creative industries, drama, media, and English are desirable. Familiarity with Apple Mac, Photoshop, ProLogic, and teaching English from Entry 3 to GCSE will be advantageous.
Qualifications include PGCE or DTLLS, DET, and Level 2 in English and maths. Skills in Makaton and ASD qualifications are a plus.
