Moneyline is a social lender that is transforming the way that people excluded from mainstream financial services access credit. We are a dynamic, fast-paced organisation that is looking for highly driven, flexible individuals to join our small team.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about financial inclusion and can inspire others with this passion. You will be responsible for managing key partnerships and relationships to ensure that they create tangible and positive outcomes for the organisation.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders including commercial lenders, housing associations, fintechs
* Create actionable outcomes from the stakeholder relationships that align to the organisational goals
* Be a brand ambassador for the organisation including attending conferences and financial inclusion groups
* Work across departments to ensure processes work for both our organisation and partner organisations where required
* Maintaining the stakeholder map for the organisation
Essential Skills and Experience:
* Experience in partnership management, business development or stakeholder engagement.
* Ability to story tell and deliver key messages in innovative and impactful ways
* Great communication and interpersonal skills
* A relationship builder who is confident with people at all levels.
* Someone who can work independently, with strong organisational skills.
* An understanding of financial inclusion, community development or social impact is helpful, but not essential.
Home location but travel required, mainly but not limited to Northwest England, Midlands and Scotland. 35 hours per week but part time will be considered.
Salary up to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience
