Customer Operations Administrator — Cwmbran
We're looking for a Customer Operations Administrator to join our client's team. This role is all about ensuring customer orders are processed smoothly - from order entry and documentation through to logistics and customer updates.
Responsibilities
* Accurately process and manage customer orders.
* Prepare and issue documentation (acknowledgements, invoices, export paperwork).
* Coordinate shipment dates with planning, couriers, and subcontractors.
* Keep customers updated on order progress and resolve queries quickly.
* Generate quotes, invoices, and maintain accurate records of stock and rentals.
* Work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Production, and Planning teams.
* Ensure compliance with export/trade regulations and internal policies.
* Produce reports and maintain accurate documentation.
Qualifications
* Strong administration background with great attention to detail.
* Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
* Organised, adaptable, and able to prioritise in a busy environment.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of import/export processes a plus.
* Customer-focused, resilient, and a true team player.
The role is working 7.30am - 4pm Monday to Thursday and 8am - 2pm on a Friday, On site in Cwmbran.
